WHAT IS BOOTCAMP?

Bootcamps are high intensity training sessions that provide a total-body workout. You will shed fat, improve core stability, tone & sculpt and build overall strength & conditioning. From the fitness newbie to a seasoned vet, each bootcamp offers levels and modifications so every person can sweat up a storm and be challenged but never overwhelmed. Bootcamps will make the heart pound, your adrenaline rise and sweat off the pounds. Not only will you burn calories while you are training, you will literally ACCELERATE your metabolism long after the workout is finished so you keep burning fat and calories at a higher rate - for up to 16 hours after you work out. After fifteen minutes everything burns in all the right places. Your goal is to finish the session!

BODY ATTACK Get up, grab your gym clothes and get ready to kick-start your day! Body Blast is primarily focused on resistance training but because of the circuit format you'll be sweating plenty and definitely get your heart rate way up. Your muscles will be aching and they'll love you for it!

Each session is lead by myself, a certified personal trainer as well as a boot camp instructor.
