WHAT IS GROUP FITNESS & BOOTCAMP?

Our group fitness and bootcamp classes all offer a combination of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training and Functional Training that provide a total-body workout. You will shed fat, improve core stability, tone & sculpt and build overall strength & conditioning. 

From the fitness newbie to a seasoned vet, each class offers levels and modifications so every person can sweat up a storm and be challenged but never overwhelmed. Each class will make the heart pound, your adrenaline rise and sweat off the pounds. Not only will you burn calories while you are training, you will literally ACCELERATE your metabolism long after the workout is finished so you keep burning fat and calories at a higher rate - for up to 16 hours after you work out. After fifteen minutes everything burns in all the right places. Your goal is to finish the session!
