To get the best results from this 8 Week Home Training program, you will need the following:
Dumbbells ( a few different weight options would be optimal but not necessary)
Resistance bands (optional if you don’t have dumbbells)
A bench, step, stair or box
A workout mat

Mindset Is Everything. You need to have a clear vision of what you want, a plan to get it and the tools to help you overcome any obstacles as they arise.
During these 8 weeks we will discuss topics such as: tackling our stress, the need for self-care, importance of sleep, overcoming self-sabotage and goal setting.
