Small Group Training
Are you slightly nervous about going into the gym by yourself?? Do you need a little extra accountability? Do you enjoy working out with friends or in a group setting?? Then Small Group Training is for you!
Exercise partners provide a powerful combination of support, accountability, motivation and, in some cases, healthy competition. Partner or Group training is a FUN, and affordable way to experience the benefits of personal training with a friend, significant other, or in a small group training environment!
Small Group Training:
- Groups consist of 2-4 people
- Bootcamp style sessions
- 2 times per week (minimum) based on your schedule
- Packages include:
- consultation, asssessment, workouts and nutritional planning
