HELP YOUR DAUGHTER ACHIEVE THEIR ATHLETIC DREAMS

If you are a sport parent that truly wants to help your daughter go as far as she can in this game, then listen up...Your daughter 100% needs to be following a training system during their season.

In-season strength and conditioning is important at all levels of sport, this includes youth athletes.

If you take this time off from your in-season work, this means your opponents are getting twice as much training as you are every year.

Hopefully athletes have a structured off-season program in place to improve their speed, agility, conditioning, and strength. However, a plan still needs to be in place to improve or at the very least maintain all of these athletic qualities throughout the season.

Think about it like this…

At the end of the year, if you skip your in-season training you’re going to be way behind everyone else who didn’t — and you will be at your absolute lowest level of detraining (and therefore, your absolute slowest and least conditioned) come time for playoffs which is supposed to be your highest priority for the entire year.

Not to mention, detraining is your highest risk factor for developing an injury throughout the season as well, so you have to consider the importance that carries as well.

FEMALE SPORT PERFORMANCE TRAINING PROGRAM (8 Weeks)

(Jan 22 - Mar 11th)

This program is designed to get female athletes performing at an optimal level. I help athletes establish a solid athletic foundation while making progress towards their individual goals. Our in-season training sessions are just a couple quick training sessions each week giving the athlete enough time for recovery before game day.

Your child doesn't have to be a "natural talent"... "in" with the coaches... or on their team's first line to instantly "up their game" and work towards their athletic dreams...
